"33" in replica listings is the case diameter in millimeters. "Small seconds" means a subdial at 6 o'clock in place of a center seconds hand. Sellers combine both terms because buyers search for them. The result is a hybrid: a Portofino dial layout on a case size IWC does not make.

- Lug width: 16 mm or 17 mm on these cases. Genuine Portofino straps ship in other widths.
