"Fake Portugieser 37mm" names a counterfeit copy of a 37 mm IWC Portugieser. The number is the case diameter in millimeters. IWC builds more than one Portugieser at 37 mm, so the phrase covers several references and several model years. It is a seller keyword, not a product name from IWC Schaffhausen.
The genuine watch
IWC makes the Portugieser line in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. The 37 mm Automatic runs a self-winding movement inside a stainless steel or gold case. IWC publishes the caliber number, case size, water resistance, and strap options per reference on its own site. Those numbers change between references. A copy that quotes one spec sheet will not match every genuine 37 mm variant.
